The golf outing in 2023 is moving! We have enjoyed that past several years at Gleneagle Golf Club, but we have decided to move it to Quail Ridge in Ada for 2023. It will remain with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start with steak dinner following golf. Cost remains $100 per person. We wanted to share that the 12th Annual Eric Carrier Classic to help fight childhood cancer was a huge success! We were so thankful the rain stayed away (except for the last couple holes). We had a full course followed with a great dinner. It amazes us every year how many people travel from all over to support the fight against childhood cancer while also remembering Eric. Eric would have turned 21 this year. We are humbled to report that through the generosity of all the sponsors, golfers, volunteers and other donors that over $48,000 was raised in the fight!!! From the bottom of our hearts we can't thank you enough for all the support and generosity !!

After a year of absence due to the 2020 outing being cancelled due to Covid, the Eric Carrier classic returned in 2021, a bit modified. Due to so many businesses struggling with Covid, we did not seek corporate sponsors. That said, we were amazed by the generosity of so many individuals and corporations continuing to show support in the fight against childhood cancer that over $40,000 was raised !!

This milestone was a huge success raising a new record of $53,000. It was amazing to also recognize so many sponsors, golfers, volunteers who have joined in this fight against childhood cancer for all 10 years and so many more with 8+ years. It is through all of your efforts that make this possible and togeher we have now been able to fund, amongst other things, over 30 wish trips through Make-A-Wish.

The 9th annual golf outing held on May 19th, 2018 set a new bar. After all the dust settled, thanks to everyone's generosity we raised just over $50,000! It was the first time hitting that level. Through your support we can continue to fund numerous wish trips for other local families through Make-A-Wish as well as provide funds for research and other support organizations such as Michigan Blood, Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, Duke Children's Hospital, and other organizations. Thank you for making the 2018 outing such a big success!

The 8th annual outing held on May 20th, 2017 was a big success. Coming off the horrible weather in 2016 we were a bit nervous. But the event was "bigger and better" than before. We have 136 golfers with many folks comingh from several different states. We set a new record raising a little over $45,000 in the fight against childhood cancer. Thanks again to everyone for their generoisity in helping to make this a great event.

The 7th Annual Eric Carrier Golf Classic was held again at Gleneagle Golf Club in Hudsonville, MI on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. It was the first year that we had a bit of elements to fight off. True Michigan weather with a bit of rain, snow, sun, and lots and lots of wind! But 100% of the golfers who signed up attended with 0 cancellations! Thanks to everyone's generosity it was again a big success raising $43,000 in the fight !

Thanks to everyones generosity the 6th Annual Eric Carrier Classic held on May 16, 2015 set a new record in helping to fight childhood cancer by raising over $43,000. We would like to express our sincerest thanks and grattitude to all the golfers, bingo players, friends, family, and volunteers who make this possible!

Thanks to everyones generosity the 5th Annual Eric Carrier Classic heldo on May 17, 2015 was another big success in helping to fight childhood cancer by raising over $42,000. It was our biggest field of golfers with 30 foursomes and many more who came out during the day for Bingo and Lunch. We also were able to honor a dear family who lost their son Gavin to cancer earlier in the year with the first drive of the day being for Gavin. Thanks for all the support and generosity.

The 4th Annual Eric Carrier Classic on May 18, 2013 was a big success. Through the generosity of all the sponsors, volunteers, golfers, bingo players, merchants, and many others making donations the event raised a little over $40,000 just passing our goal (slogan of Forty in Four) and surpassing the $37,000 record set last year! A sincere THANK YOU to everyone for supporting the cause.

The 3rd Annual Eric Carrier Golf Classic was a huge success and like the previous outings surpassed expectations. It was held on May 19th, 2012 again at Wallinwood Spring Golf Course.
